Did you know that the color of your home’s exterior can determine some of it’s value? According to a Zillow 2017 Paint Color Analysis, home exterior’s that were painted in a “greige,” a mix of light gray and beige, sold for $3,496 more than similar homes painted in a medium brown or with tan stucco. Shades of dark navy blue to slate grey for front door colors brought in an average of $1514 more as well. Read more about the study here.
